Delivery

We offer fast, tracked UK delivery. Orders placed before 3pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. Delivery is free on orders over £20; a flat rate of £2.99 applies below that.

Nicotine pouches are age-restricted, so couriers may request photo ID on delivery. If nobody at the address can prove they are 18 or over, the parcel will not be left.

Returns

For hygiene reasons we can only accept returns of unopened cans in their original sealed packaging, within 14 days of delivery. Once a can has been opened it cannot be resold and cannot be returned unless it is faulty.

Faulty or damaged goods are replaced or refunded in full — email support@nicopouchbuzz.co.uk with your order reference and a photo, and we will sort it.
